I've got the perfect gift for dog lovers over at my show. I just added my illustration of a Chow Chow to my City Dogs Collection. My inspiration for this illustration comes from my three dogs and all the dogs at the animal shelter where I work as an adoption counselor volunteer.

I popped my new winter floral with jewel shades into my fashion illo. Maybe a lush velvet top?

My Midnight Garden Collection is influenced by the winter florals trend that is dramatic and a bit moody with layers of bold textures and a rich depth that goes with the darker color palette. I love working with deep plums, burgundies, dark jade greens and blues against a dark background. It's also fun to add that pop of orange into the mix. All designs are hand rendered prints with a digital twist.Read More
The Inflorescence design challenge over at the Textile Design Lab at Pattern Observer recently wrapped up. For this challenge I created the Garden Party Floral collection. I created these designs with Spring/Summer 17 trends in mind.
My prints feature hand drawn florals that began with loose pencil and pastel sketches. I scanned the artwork and adjusted the placement, textures and colors in Photoshop.Read More
If you follow me over on Instagram, you might have seen a sneak peek of my new patterns. Today I'm sharing a new floral repeat pattern with a vintage vibe. I love creating hand-drawn botanicals in a romantic pastel palette. I tested it out on this print on a cocoon coat fashion illustration I drew. Looks warm and cozy to me.
